Tubruk & Logo Meaning:

The name "Tubruk" is steeped in cultural significance. When Mir Sayyed Ali Hamdani, a revered Sufi mystic, arrived in Kashmir in the late 14th century with 700 followers, many of them were skilled craftsmen who introduced various arts to the region. In Kashmir, the word tubruk refers to a blessing or cherished souvenir given by a saint or spiritual guide. This concept of a sacred gift resonates with the essence of Tubruk, which celebrates the intricate beauty and cultural heritage of Kashmiri crafts.

Tubruk is more than a brand; it is a tribute to the rich legacy of Kashmir. The logo, featuring the daffodil (yemberzal), symbolizes hope and renewal—the first bloom of the year that marks the end of a long winter and the beginning of a vibrant spring.
